Celebrating the Love of Friends in a Loving World

Celebrating the Love of Friends in a Loving World
Red Roses for You, My Sweet Friends ... Total Love.

My Sweet Friends

My sweet friends,

We grow closer to each other;

When we interact together and share ideas;

The common faith that we share,

Binds our hearts in one accord.

For sweet friendships last a life time,

When built on mutual respect, humility and understanding;

Throughout each different season,

We find we are one in life.

Sweet friends are there through times of grief;

And times when hope is gone;

Always there with encouragement;

So we can carry on.

I thank the Lord for you,

My true and faithful friends;

To fondly speak with you, whether we agree or not,

On this, our beloved blog;

For sweet friends will stay, no matter what;

Giving support.

Together, our hearts and minds truly unite;

With the amazing love of sweet friends.

In the spirit of true friendship,

Best wishes, my sweet friends;

May the Lord bless you abundantly.

I remain, yours truly,

B.B. Bakampa.

Amendment of Proceedings

This document is an amendment of the proceedings following my opponent's complaints that the Electoral Commission had not been named as a party to the petition yet it was the one that organized the elections, not him.

THE REPUBLIC OF UGANDA
MAKERERE UNIVERSITY
FACULTY OF LAW

OFFICE OF THE INSPECTOR GENERAL OF GOVERNMENT
MAKERERE LAW SOCIETY
P.O BOX 7062, KAMPALA, UGANDA.
MONDAY, 27TH SEPTEMBER, 2010

TO THE CHAIRMAN OF THE TRIBUNAL
MAKERERE LAW SOCIETY

RE: APPLICATION TO AMEND THE PETITION FILED WITH THE TRIBUNAL ON MONDAY, 20TH SEPTEMBER, 2010.

Mr. Chairman, I request to amend the [proceedings of the] electoral petition No. 1 of 2010, I filed with you on the aforesaid date in the petition of one Bakampa Brian. I would like to clearly state who the parties to the case are.

The petitioner BAKAMPA BRIAN BARYAGUMA petitions against the ELECTORAL COMMISSION OF MAKERERE LAW SOCIETY 2010 as the Defendant responsible for the conduct of the election in dispute, attaching MWEBEMBEZI KENNETH as Co-defendant, he being the party whose election is being contested. I implore you to hear the case in consonance with Article 126 (2) (e) of the Constitution of Uganda without undue regard to technicalities.

Signed:
ATIM SHEILA GLORIA
Inspector General of Government,
Makerere Law Society.
