Celebrating the Love of Friends in a Loving World

Celebrating the Love of Friends in a Loving World
Red Roses for You, My Sweet Friends ... Total Love.

My Sweet Friends

My sweet friends,

We grow closer to each other;

When we interact together and share ideas;

The common faith that we share,

Binds our hearts in one accord.

For sweet friendships last a life time,

When built on mutual respect, humility and understanding;

Throughout each different season,

We find we are one in life.

Sweet friends are there through times of grief;

And times when hope is gone;

Always there with encouragement;

So we can carry on.

I thank the Lord for you,

My true and faithful friends;

To fondly speak with you, whether we agree or not,

On this, our beloved blog;

For sweet friends will stay, no matter what;

Giving support.

Together, our hearts and minds truly unite;

With the amazing love of sweet friends.

In the spirit of true friendship,

Best wishes, my sweet friends;

May the Lord bless you abundantly.

I remain, yours truly,

B.B. Bakampa.

Learning friends,

Allow me to say happy New Year to you all––though belatedly. May the Almighty God bless you abundantly.

It is once again that point in time when Makerere Law Society and the University at large, is on the search for new leaders. The campaigns are on and it is my sincere hope that you fully participate in the process.

I wish all the candidates well save for this immoral couple who have hitherto shamelessly trodden the hallowed grounds of the School of Law, infesting it with sexual immorality in the form of adultery and fornication.

I am talking about Adomati Dickson, who is contesting for President and his partner in sin, Namaye Irene, who is contesting for Speaker.

Learning friends, well knowing that he is a family man having a wife and children back in his home village, Adomati Dickson took it upon himself to cheat on his innocent and loving wife with a young girl, old enough to be his daughter! Likewise, Namaye Irene willfully took to fornication with a man whom she well knows to be married. Such people do not deserve to lead noble and distinguished scholars of our caliber. I therefore humbly call upon you to reject them for they cannot be entrusted with the leadership of M.L.S.

Their disgraceful conduct is an insult to the dignity of women and the decency of men. The great philosopher, Edmund Burke stated that, “The only necessary thing for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.” Further, the Bible states that, “My people perish for lack of knowledge.”

Learning friends, trusting that you are good people, generously equipped with knowledge and abound with wisdom, I believe that you will vote wisely. Please, remember that societies either develop or fall on leadership. I therefore implore you to put Makerere Law Society in the right hands.
